Membership

The account users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account ID and password and for restricting access to your computer. Users agree that implicit in the activation of TDA Australia is acceptance of responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Account Termination

TDA Australia reserves the right to cancel customer accounts at any time with or without notice.  Providing false or invalid account information may result in the termination of your account.

Payment Information

TDA Australia customers agree to supply appropriate payment for the products services received, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided.

Price

All products supplied at the prices ruling as of the delivery date and TDA Australia reserves the right to pass on to the customer any change in price after the date of any quotation. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product User Responsibility

Only qualified and experienced technicians shall attempt installation or service for any kinds of our products.

Returns and refund

TDA Australia handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us in writing within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. Return of product is at customer’s cost. All refunds are made at the discretion of totaldoorautomation.com.au.

Warranty

Products are supplied under the warranty provided with the products.

Delivery of product

Products may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with the courier/delivery company directly and we are not responsible for product that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of TDA Australia.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDA Australia absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. TDA Australia gives no warranty that the document, product or services will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected, or that our website or its server is free of viruses or any other harmful components.
